But seriously, all these Russian dash cams are from the high rate of insurance fraud. You can get a front/rear facing dash cam that records on to a SD card on Ebay for < $100, serves as protection against fraudsters. Like that pickup truck at 1:20, obviously no reason to slow down and cuts off bus driver + brake check.
