After reaching an agreement last week on the renewable energy credits, the Senate is expected to consider and vote on H.R. 6049 as early as today. Senators Baucus and Grassley are expected to first offer the energy tax amendment to H.R. 6049. After consideration on this legislation, the Senate will vote and then consider two more amendments.
