lol i used to think i'm big. i'm 140 not 600. maybe even 138 now because i have been like 1 month on veg and fish/chicken/wraps and trying to move around as much as possible since i have a deskjob and i do not exercise. but have no problem in loosing weight without exercise. i always lost weight when i wanted to, and had the right diet is enough for me.
